Description:

Join Tigger as he flips through his favorite scrapbook reminiscing about the good times he's had with Winnie the Pooh and all their friends in the Hundred Acre Wood. Songs and video clips from The Tigger Movie include "The Wonderful Thing About Tiggers," "Whoop-De-Dooper Bounce," "Round My Family Tree," and "How to Be a Tigger." Other "artistical and musical memories" include the day Tigger met Pooh, a Halloween eve, and a day spent pirating on the high seas. Each of the 12 songs features lots of fun animation and on-screen lyrics. The initial 27-minute sing-along section is followed by a 5-minute instructional sequence in which Tigger and a human helper teach kids how to collect mementos and assemble them into scrapbooks of their very own. If your child loved The Tigger Movie, he'll love this sing-along video. (Ages 3-6) --Tami Horiuchi

4Good for Disney channel fans  Jul 03, 2000

While my kids may be a bit young for this video, the oldest (just under 3) appreciates the sing-along far better than she tolerates the Winnie the Pooh cartoons; for some reason she can't make it through a half-hour of the show while she can manage this video. She is especially drawn to the Scrapbook song, which is current Disney channel "filler" between "Bear" and the other shows. Several of the songs are also recognizable from the Tigger movie, which she liked. In all, I think this video is a good way to introduce younger children to Pooh and his friends without losing too much interest. it also makes for interesting times when she expects her parents to read the lyrics to her off the screen; that is probably the real treat here is to hear an adult actually try to keep pace with the show.

5happy music  Jul 01, 2001

This sing-a-long is so great- I just ordered a second one in case something ever happens to this one. Any child, any age will love this video. This video keeps my 15 month old's attention like nothing else. He dances to the fast paced, colorful screen. He has been watching it since he has been about 6 months old, and has only grown to love it more. It has some extra Disney songs at the end, which he also enjoys. This was the best gift anyone ever got him, (and me.)

4Fast-paced and fun.  Jun 10, 2000

Not quite as good as Sing a Song with Pooh, but well worth buying. The fast-paced (Tigger-paced) songs leave the feature a little short, but the scrapbook segment and the five bonus Disney songs make up for this. My two-year-old enjoys all of the songs.
