With Sweeney Todd the coordination of the story with the music is wonderful because it is seamless. The show is decidedly not background music, but if you listen carefully to the clear lyrics and full orchestra, you have to be impressed.

Sweeney Todd, if you haven't seen it, is a bit odd but we like it. The music is awesome. Highly recommend, but be careful; it may not be your style of music.

WOW! thats all I can say for this CD masterpiece! It has the missing songs that were left off the Soundtrack Movie CD. The acoustics are out of this world, even on a cheap old CD player, great sound! Enjoyable and a forever favorite.

If you like musicals and have a fondness for the macabre, this is for you-- the songs are delivered with a slosh of wry and a slice of hate. Bwahahahahaaa...
